New Delhi, Delhi, India, December 2025 – Nupur Girdhar has joined IndoBevs as Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President, bringing nearly two decades of diverse HR leadership experience across some of India’s most respected organizations.
Her appointment signals IndoBevs’ strong intent to build a future-ready, talent-driven culture as it expands across India and global markets. In her new role, Nupur will lead the people strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with IndoBevs’ bold growth aspirations. The company, known for its innovative and youthful positioning in the beverage sector, stated that her strategic capabilities in talent management, succession planning, and capability building will be pivotal in shaping its next growth chapter.
Prior to IndoBevs, Nupur Girdhar served as AVP – Organisation Development at BC Jindal Group, where she led training and capability initiatives to support organizational transformation over a span of more than two years. Her work involved enhancing development frameworks and instilling a performance-driven culture.
Before that, she was Head of HR at SAR Electric Mobility, contributing to building an agile HR framework in a fast-evolving electric mobility startup ecosystem. During her one-year tenure, she drove key initiatives in performance management, HRIS implementation, and talent development.
She spent over two years at Apollo Tyres Ltd as Divisional Head – Corporate HR (Asia), managing HR for the region and leading strategic HR projects during a crucial growth phase. Her role included managing performance frameworks and aligning HR strategy with the business roadmap.
Earlier, she had a notable four-year stint at Bharti Infratel Limited, where she was the Circle HR Head for UP West and Rajasthan, leading talent strategies, employee engagement, and performance systems across large geographical regions.
Nupur’s foundation in HR was shaped through a six-year journey at Citi India, where she held various roles including Assistant Manager, Manager – HRBP, and HR Business Partner, gaining deep exposure to the financial services sector and best-in-class HR practices. She began her HR career with Wipro BPO, where she worked for nearly two years in HR operations and talent processes.
