Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain, April 2025 – Núria Marco Diaz has been elevated to Head of Talent Development & Learning at Wallapop, further solidifying her leadership role in driving the company’s people development strategy across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
In her new role, Núria will lead Wallapop’s global talent development agenda, with a focus on performance enablement, continuous learning, and career development in alignment with the company’s vision for sustainable and conscious consumption. Her responsibilities include driving learning platforms, capability building, succession planning, and coaching interventions that enable Wallapop’s growth ambitions and people-first culture.
Over the past two years at Wallapop, Núria has led key learning and development initiatives as Learning & Development Manager, designing and delivering impactful programs to upskill teams, while also partnering with cross-functional leaders to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
Previously, Núria served as Talent Development & Learning Partner at Veepee, where she contributed to talent strategy and performance management across Europe, and led the development roadmap for over 1,000 employees in Spain. She also played a strategic role in implementing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIEB) strategy at the group level.
Her earlier experience includes nearly 8 years at Desigual, where she led global development programs, onboarding, digital learning solutions, and talent acquisition across corporate, store, and logistics operations. She also worked as a forensic psychologist, bringing unique analytical depth to her HR leadership style.
