Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, February 2026 — Molkem has appointed Nutan Patel as General Manager – Global Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, entrusting her with a global leadership mandate to lead the company’s people, culture, and corporate affairs agenda aligned with its next phase of growth and expansion.
In her new role, Nutan Patel is responsible for building a future-ready people organization across India and Molkem’s international subsidiaries spanning Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia. She works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to institutionalize structured HR practices, strengthen governance frameworks, and shape a high-performance, values-driven organizational culture.
Her mandate includes developing long-term capability roadmaps, driving performance management and leadership pipelines, standardizing global HR governance, advancing HR digitization, and overseeing corporate affairs including contract governance, CSR, administration, and sustainability initiatives.
Prior to joining Molkem, Patel held senior leadership roles at CORONA Remedies Limited, where she led corporate human resources and corporate communications, playing a key role in leadership hiring, HR transformation, and IPO-related communication initiatives. Earlier, she built strong strategic HR experience at Intas Pharmaceuticals and The Sandesh Ltd, contributing to large-scale recruitment programs, greenfield expansion projects, employee engagement frameworks, and organizational capability building. She holds an Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a postgraduate qualification in human resource management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
Her appointment signals Molkem’s continued focus on scaling people systems, strengthening global governance, and building leadership capabilities to support its expanding international footprint.
