In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the company’s HR strategy, driving employee engagement, and aligning people practices with the business’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Harvest Food Group, Odalis served as Director of Human Resources at Shamrock Company, where she led talent management, policy development, and organizational transformation during a period of strategic change and expansion. Before that, she was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Lapham-Hickey Steel, where she successfully oversaw HR integration and strategic people initiatives across multiple locations.

Earlier in her career, she spent nearly nine years at Zekelman Industries as Manager, Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in driving total rewards strategies, compliance, and employee development programs. She also held key HR leadership positions at Precoat Metals, TMK IPSCO, DENSO, and Dean Foods, building a well-rounded portfolio in HR operations, change management, and labor law compliance.
