Kelly has been with General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems for over a year, previously serving as Senior Human Resources Manager. Before joining General Dynamics, Kelly held the position of Human Resources Director at Bradenton Christian School for nearly two years, where she led people strategy and HR programs in the education sector. Her earlier tenure of over eight years as an Elementary School Teacher at the same institution highlights her dedication to community-focused work and people development.
Earlier in her career, she served as a Teacher with the School District of Manatee County, followed by a significant stint at Intel Corporation as a Staffing Manager and HR Business Partner. At Intel, Kelly built a solid foundation in corporate HR, contributing to strategic staffing, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
