Since joining FAAN in March 2014 as a Human Resources Officer I, Achema has consistently climbed the ranks, reflecting his profound expertise and commitment to the organization’s growth. Over the past ten years and two months, he has been instrumental in various capacities, recently serving as Principal Human Resources Officer before his latest promotion.
Before his tenure at FAAN, Achema enhanced his skills in diverse environments, contributing to his rich background in strategic human resources planning and execution. His career trajectory is marked by significant achievements in management, the use of Microsoft Office tools, and a suite of other professional skills that have bolstered his administrative acumen.
