Richmond, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Olga Johnson has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at ProPharma, marking a significant career progression in her nearly decade-long journey with the global life sciences consultancy. In this elevated role, Olga will lead global people strategies, drive organizational development, and strengthen talent frameworks that support ProPharma’s rapid global expansion and mission-driven work in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
Olga has been an integral part of ProPharma since 2016, most recently serving as Senior Director, Human Resources, Europe, where she led people initiatives across the region, overseeing talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. Prior to that, she held the position of Associate Director, Human Resources, Europe, building scalable HR systems and reinforcing culture across diverse markets.
Earlier in her journey with ProPharma, she served as a Human Resources Advisor, where she laid foundational frameworks for employee engagement and regulatory HR compliance. Before joining the life sciences industry, Olga spent nearly a decade as a Partner at The Coaching Tree, a career and personal development consultancy specializing in coaching individuals and teams toward high performance and personal growth.
Olga began her career in HR with Barrier Energy, followed by a formative and impactful tenure at Bentley Motors, where she held progressive roles over seven years—from Graduate Trainee to HR Manager and ultimately Talent Manager, building deep expertise in HR leadership within a premium engineering and manufacturing environment.
