Los Angeles, California, United States, November 2025 — Olivia Frary has stepped into a new leadership chapter as the Chief Marketing Officer at NOVA: The Creative Network, a platform reshaping how creative talent connects, collaborates, and accesses opportunity. With a mission rooted in equity, innovation, and empowerment, Olivia joins at a pivotal time as NOVA continues scaling its vision and expanding its influence across the global creative ecosystem.
In her announcement, she shared that this transition continues her passion for championing diverse creators, building access, and shaping the next era of creative work and culture.
Before joining NOVA, Olivia served as Executive, Head of ZCON at United Talent Agency (UTA). In this role, she led UTA’s Next Gen LA organization, built ZCON and ZCANNES platforms, and worked closely with cultural and consumer brands including Nike, Dropbox, Pinterest, Spotify, and SC Johnson. Her work centred around generational influence, creator economy innovation, and emerging cultural strategy.
Olivia is also the Co-Founder & Head of ZCON, the first global conference built exclusively by Gen Z speakers and thinkers. The initiative grew rapidly into a cultural force — backed by major brands, creators, and business leaders — and continues under her co-leadership within UTA’s ecosystem.
Earlier, Olivia spent six years with JUV Consulting, progressing through senior roles including Managing Director of Community & Partnerships, Senior Director of Marketing, and Head of Community & Partnerships. During her tenure, she led client partnerships, influencer strategy, community development and creative marketing activations for globally recognized brands, building JUV’s visibility as a Gen Z-led cultural intelligence firm.
Her early foundations include leadership roles with USC Undergraduate Student Government, where she drove student engagement, crisis response communications, and digital cultural strategy during the COVID-19 transition — establishing her as a strong voice in next-generation leadership and youth-centered organizational strategy.
