Lagos, Nigeria, April 2025 – Oluseni Kester has joined Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) as the new Head of Human Resources and Administrative. In his new role, he will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, drive organizational culture, oversee employee relations and talent development, and manage administrative operations to support the company’s long-term goals in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
Prior to this, Oluseni served as Head of Human Resources and Administration at KEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for over three years, where he was instrumental in providing strategic HR consulting to startups and growth-driven organizations. During this period, he also worked as Human Resources Manager at Daystar Christian Centre, where he managed HRIS systems, developed training frameworks, and implemented performance appraisal systems.
Earlier, Oluseni held the position of Head of HR, Administration, and Procurement at OnePort 365, where he led comprehensive HR, procurement, and administrative functions to improve workforce productivity and procurement efficiencies. He also worked with the Heritage Group in a similar leadership role, focusing on performance management and strategic planning.
His HR career spans more than a decade, including impactful roles at Kobo360, South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital, LADOL, Trustfund Pensions, Africa Independent Television, NEXT UK, and Blue Arrow UK. These roles have equipped him with deep expertise in HR policy, labor relations, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement across industries and regions.
