Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria, November 2025 — ASOLAR Systems Nigeria Limited has announced the appointment of Osebhahiemen (Ose) Omobhude as Head: People, Culture & Legal. In this strategic leadership role, Ose will oversee the organization’s people strategy, employee experience, workforce capability development, cultural transformation, and legal governance functions. Her focus will include strengthening organizational culture, driving compliance frameworks, and aligning talent initiatives with ASOLAR’s mission of enabling clean and renewable energy access across communities.
Most recently, Ose served as Human Resources and Compliance Manager at Vestates Limited, where she led HR strategy, performance management, employee engagement, workforce development, legal compliance structure, and policy governance. Her work supported organizational stability, operational efficiency, and employee productivity across the company’s business operations.
Before Vestates, she worked as Senior Associate (Practice Manager and Human Resource) at Tcorporate Legal Advisory, where she managed legal advisory services, regulatory compliance, contract governance, documentation standards, policy development, and HR administration, alongside change management and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier, Ose held progressive leadership roles at Techamaka Limited, where she served as Human Resource and Operations (Legal and Admin) Manager and previously as Legal Officer and Human Resource Officer. Her contributions spanned talent management, legal support, HR operations, conflict resolution, employee lifecycle management, people development, and organizational communication.
Her earlier career included HR and legal roles at Greyfields Legal Consultants, Ecomag Consulting, A.S. Shaakaa Jnr/Partners, and the Ministry of Justice, Plateau State, where she gained foundational experience in legal advisory, contract review, statutory compliance, employment law practice, and people support functions across private and government institutions.
This appointment underscores ASOLAR’s continued commitment to building a people-driven culture aligned with its long-term impact and expansion goals across West Africa’s renewable energy ecosystem.
