Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, October 2024 — Country Road Group is excited to announce that Roxanne Strauss has joined as the new Head of People. In this role, Roxanne will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a positive workplace culture and driving talent development initiatives across the organization. Her extensive experience in transformation, leadership coaching, and change management will be key in enhancing Country Road Group’s employee experience.

Prior to joining Country Road Group, Roxanne Strauss was the Founder and Leadership Coach at Cultural Evolution for over ten years. She worked closely with executives and senior leaders to build purpose-driven, values-based cultures, using her expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies to drive organizational transformation.

From January 2021 to October 2024, Roxanne served as the People and Transformation Executive Lead at Everyday Independence, where she led a dynamic team focused on driving cultural change and supporting the company’s mission of social change. Her efforts contributed significantly to the organization’s people and transformation strategies.

Before her tenure at Everyday Independence, Roxanne held the role of General Manager, People, Culture and Transformation at DPV Health, where she led the People and Culture team and managed various transformation projects for approximately one and a half years.

Roxanne’s earlier career includes senior HR leadership roles at Spectrum MRC, where she served as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Culture and Brand Officer, driving customer experience transformations and leading cultural change initiatives. Additionally, she worked at ME Bank as Senior Manager, Organisational Development, where she focused on aligning culture with the company’s high-performance strategy.
