Istanbul, Turkey, March 2025 – Ozlem Erson has joined Güneşli A.S. as Head of People & Culture, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in leading HR functions across diverse sectors. In her new role, Ozlem will lead HR strategy and operations at Güneşli A.S., driving initiatives to support organizational growth and reinforce a strong culture aligned with the company’s mission to improve animal health and welfare.
Prior to joining Güneşli A.S., Ozlem served as Founder of TalentMark, a boutique recruitment agency focused on delivering inclusive hiring experiences and diverse talent strategies. Her entrepreneurial venture followed a successful stint as Head of HR at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where she implemented global HR initiatives, led end-to-end HR operations, and contributed to organizational development across functions.

Ozlem also held the position of Regional Learning and Development & HR Lead for Africa, Middle East, Turkey at Prometeon Tyre Group, where she led training strategy, hybrid work model implementation, and HR communications. She earlier served as HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing talent programs, HR budgeting, and cultural initiatives.
In a major part of her career, she worked at GfK for almost nine years, including as Head of HR & Administrative Affairs, where she oversaw restructuring, HR transformation projects, and global alignment of people strategies. Earlier, she contributed to HR functions at Procter & Gamble, GSK, and Kyocera Mita.
Ozlem holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Alliant International University.
