Somnath, Gujarat, India, March 2026 – Pallab Pal has joined Lemon Tree Hotels as General Manager, where he will lead operations and guest experience at the Somnath property, strengthening the brand’s presence in one of India’s prominent hospitality destinations.
Pallab Pal steps into this leadership role after serving as Group General Manager at Rama’s Group of Hotels, where he played a pivotal role in driving operations and spearheading the pre-opening of Rama’s Palace, a luxury hospitality project featuring 150 rooms, premium amenities, banquet facilities, and fine dining experiences. His leadership contributed to building a strong foundation for the property’s market entry.
Prior to this, he worked as Operations General Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, where he was responsible for overseeing hotel operations, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring operational excellence across functions in a competitive hospitality market.
Earlier, he held the position of General Manager at Ramas Resort, managing end-to-end operations and delivering high-quality guest experiences, further strengthening his expertise in hospitality leadership and property management.
In the earlier phase of his career, he served as F&B Executive at Suryagarh Jaisalmer, gaining valuable experience in food and beverage operations, guest services, and luxury hospitality standards, which laid the foundation for his progression into senior leadership roles.
Pallab Pal completed his education from NIPS School of Hotel Management (SIMS School), equipping him with strong fundamentals in hospitality management and operations.
