With a distinguished career in human resources, Pallavi brings extensive experience in employee benefits design, compensation benchmarking, and HR management to her new role. Pallavi Shukla has been with Relevance Lab for approximately 7 years. In her current role as Director – Human Resources, she is responsible for leading the HR department, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and employee development. Prior to this, she served as Human Resources Manager for about 2 years and 11 months, where she managed various HR functions, including analytical skills, employee benefits design, and compensation benchmarking.
Before becoming a Human Resources Manager, Pallavi held the position of Assistant Manager HR at Relevance Lab for approximately 3 years and 3 months. In this role, she played a crucial part in enhancing HR processes and managing employee relations. Her journey at Relevance Lab began as a Senior Executive HR, a role she held for about 11 months.
Prior to joining Relevance Lab, Pallavi gained valuable experience at Snapdeal as a Senior Executive HR for approximately 1 year, where she was involved in various HR operations. She also worked at Ericsson as a Global HR Direct Representative for about 1 year and 2 months, focusing on global HR initiatives.
Pallavi’s early career includes her tenure at VLCC Health Care Ltd. as an HR professional, where she worked for approximately 2 years and 6 months, gaining foundational HR experience.
