Flawil, Switzerland, October 2025 — Pamela Bogana has been elevated to Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO) at BUCHI Laboratory Equipment, where she joins the Executive Board with global responsibility for People & Culture and Internal Communications. In her new role, she will lead strategic people initiatives, organizational culture, employee experience, and internal communications to align people and business priorities for BUCHI’s long-term success.
Pamela has been with BUCHI Laboratory Equipment for nearly six years, most recently serving as Director People & Culture, where she played a critical role in global HR transformation, talent development, leadership programs, and digital HR processes. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening BUCHI’s culture and employer brand.
Before her time at BUCHI, Pamela served as Vorstandspräsidentin at SiROP Association in Zurich, driving people engagement and organizational development initiatives. She also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sensirion AG, managing international HR responsibilities across global subsidiaries and leading significant projects in HR operations and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Pamela was an HR Associate Europe at Trina Solar, where she managed recruitment and talent processes across European subsidiaries, including talent management reviews and HR budget planning. She also worked as a Recruitment Consultant with The Stamford Group and as a Recruiter/Assistant Account Manager with Hays Switzerland, gaining strong expertise in recruitment and organizational psychology.
Her career foundation was built through consulting and HR-related roles, where she developed her skills in organizational psychology, coaching, and relationship building, setting the stage for her progression into senior leadership positions.
