New York, United States, January 2026 — Parag Joshi has started a new position as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, marking a significant milestone in his long-standing career with the global financial services firm. The elevation reflects his continued progression within the organisation, where he has built deep expertise across technology and financial services over nearly two decades.
Prior to his appointment as Executive Director, Parag Joshi served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, a role he held for many years. During this period, he contributed to the firm’s technology and business initiatives, supporting complex global operations from New York and earlier assignments across international markets.
Earlier in his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Joshi also worked as an Associate with Morgan Stanley Japan Securities Co. in Tokyo, gaining international exposure within the firm and contributing to cross-border projects in a highly dynamic financial market.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Parag Joshi began his professional career in the technology sector. He worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Persistent Systems and earlier as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, building a strong foundation in software engineering and enterprise technology.
Parag Joshi holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a B.E. in Computer Science from COEP Technological University, reflecting a strong academic background in technology and systems engineering.
