New Delhi, Delhi, India, August 2025 – HT Media Group announced today that Paras Kaushik, Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), will additionally assume responsibility for Group IT across the organization.
Paras has been at the forefront of HT Media’s transformation journey since 2020, leading people strategy across six diverse business verticals—Print, Digital, Radio & Audio, Shine.com, Mosaic Digital, and OTTplay.
Known for his intrapreneurial mindset, Paras has conceptualized and launched CHRO Vantage, a leadership development journey for future CHROs, and Mint India’s Iconic Workplaces, a workplace certification program built in partnership with Deloitte.
With the additional mandate of Group IT, Paras will spearhead the convergence of people and technology at HT Media. His focus will be on building a resilient technology backbone, scaling enterprise applications, and accelerating AI-driven adoption across functions—all aimed at making HT Media a truly future-ready and digital-first organization.
Speaking on the development, Paras Kaushik said:

Earlier Paras Kaushik served as Head Group Human Resources at Motherson Group for approximately 1 year, where he was responsible for aligning HR functions across diverse global operations.
Paras spent nearly 17 years with the Aditya Birla Group in various senior HR roles. Most recently, he was Head HR – Lifestyle Brands at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., following earlier leadership roles such as VP HR (Learning, Leadership & Organization Development and South America Region) at Birla Carbon, Head HR at Pantaloons, and Head HR – Retail at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle.
He also led key HR functions at Aditya Birla Minacs in the Philippines, Group HR Leadership Programs at Aditya Birla Group, and Learning & Development at Hindalco. Paras began his professional journey as a Management Trainee in 2002 and progressively advanced into strategic HR leadership roles across India and international locations.
Paras holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University (2000–2002).
