With over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience, Michelle brings deep expertise in workforce development, organizational culture, and talent strategy to this new executive role.
Prior to this, Michelle served as Director of Human Resources at Marine Travelift, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in shaping employee programs and leading HR operations for more than five years. She earlier held human resources leadership positions at ABM Industries and Holtger Bros., Inc., gaining broad exposure to talent management in both corporate and field settings.
