Prior to joining Apollo Tyres, Iyer spent 15 years at Beiersdorf, where he held multiple leadership roles in global and regional supply chain management. Most recently, as Global Vice President of Digital Supply Chain, he led Beiersdorf’s end-to-end digital transformation strategy, aligning with the company’s Supply Chain Roadmap 2025. Before that, he served as Global Vice President – Supply Chain Management and Regional Vice President – Supply Chain, where he managed supply chain functions across Sub-Saharan Africa, Russia, and Southwest Asia, including India.

Earlier, Iyer was with Johnson & Johnson as Manager – Supply Chain, where he oversaw inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in enhancing supply chain resilience and efficiency across organizations.
