Alison Marandola brings to her role more than two decades of operational and leadership experience in HR, with a background that includes HR leadership positions in Fortune 50 companies across various sectors, including the AEC and defense industries. Her expertise is supported by an impressive array of certifications and qualifications, such as Professional Certified Coach (PCC, MGSCC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), among others.
Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and advanced studies at UCLA, capped off with participation in Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program.
