Alison Marandola has been an integral force behind Partner’s significant growth and cultural development over the last seven years. In her new role, Marandola will continue to lead the People & Culture function, building on her successful tenure as an Executive Board Member and her pivotal role in crafting and executing Partner’s People strategy. Her leadership has led to the implementation of impactful programs that have significantly contributed to the professional development of Partner’s employees.

“She has played an integral role in Partner’s growth by serving as an Executive Board Member and by leading the People & Culture function at Partner for the last seven years. She has developed and executed Partner’s People strategy and implemented numerous programs that have impacted the development of our people,” the company stated, highlighting her contributions to the organization.

Leading a dynamic team of Human Resources professionals, Marandola has excelled in all facets of HR, including strategic hiring, learning and development, organizational and team effectiveness, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her approach is characterized by strategic hiring, targeted development programs, and effective coaching, alongside streamlining processes and leveraging actionable metrics to drive success.

Alison Marandola brings to her role more than two decades of operational and leadership experience in HR, with a background that includes HR leadership positions in Fortune 50 companies across various sectors, including the AEC and defense industries. Her expertise is supported by an impressive array of certifications and qualifications, such as Professional Certified Coach (PCC, MGSCC), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), among others.

Her academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and advanced studies at UCLA, capped off with participation in Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program.

“Alison has more than 25 years of HR operational and leadership experience. Prior to joining Partner, she held HR leadership positions for Fortune 50 companies in the AEC and defense industries among others,” the company shared, emphasizing her extensive background and strategic vision for the future.
