Stamford, Connecticut, United States, September 2025 – Curaleaf, a global leader in cannabis consumer products, has announced the appointment of Patricia Robinson as Senior Director, People & Culture – Corporate Functions. In her new role, Patricia will drive the organization’s people strategy, cultural transformation, and leadership development efforts across its corporate divisions, aligning talent initiatives with Curaleaf’s mission to enhance lives through the power of the plant.
Patricia brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, organizational change, and people strategy across leading consulting and corporate environments. Prior to joining Curaleaf, she briefly served as Senior Director, Human Resources at LS Power, where she led enterprise HR strategy and operations for the company’s energy and infrastructure divisions. In this role, she oversaw employee relations, total rewards, performance management, HR technology, and compliance.
Before LS Power, Patricia had a distinguished 13-year career at EY, where she rose to Assistant Director, HR Business Partner within the Americas Talent Team. She led HR operations for over 400 professionals, managing diverse areas including compensation, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Her earlier role as Manager, Advisory Services – People & Organizational Change saw her consult for Fortune 500 clients across industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and government, guiding large-scale transformation and change enablement initiatives.
Prior to her time at EY, Patricia held key consulting roles at Capgemini and BearingPoint, focusing on organizational change management and HR strategy implementation for global clients. She began her professional journey in financial services with Prudential Securities and A.G. Edwards & Sons, where she developed her early expertise in client relations and strategic communication.
