Marie Lardet Appointed Deputy Head of HR at The Adecco Group, France

France, June 2024 – Marie Lardet has started her new role as Deputy Head of HR at The Adecco Group, France. With extensive experience in human resources across various industries, Marie brings a wealth of knowledge in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational leadership to her new position. She will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and enhancing the company’s human resources operations in France.

Marie’s most recent role was at Akkodis, where she served as Vice-President HR France & South EMEA. Over her three years with the company, she held various positions including Vice President Human Resources EMEA GM region and Human Resources Director. In these roles, she managed HR for 3,500 people across aerospace, transportation, and digital industries, as well as overseeing talent development for 7,500 employees.

Before Akkodis, Marie was the HR Director Europe – Thermal Ceramics Division at Morgan Advanced Materials for three years. She managed HR functions for the division, focusing on employee development and strategic HR planning.

Marie also served as the Chief HR Officer Asia Pacific at Socomec for six years, based in Singapore. In this role, she was responsible for HR operations across the Asia Pacific region, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategies and workforce management.

Earlier in her career, Marie held HR leadership positions at SIKAJOB, SMART, STEF, and COLAS Company. Her roles ranged from HR Director and Finance Director to HR Manager, where she developed and implemented HR policies, managed employee relations, and led organizational development initiatives.
