Belgrade, Serbia, May 2024 – Aleksandra Jovanovic has started a new position as Head of HR at Belgrade Waterfront. Aleksandra expresses her excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to lead the HR department in this prestigious project.
Aleksandra Jovanovic has been with Belgrade Waterfront for over seven years. Before her current role, she served as the HR Manager from October 2016 to May 2024, where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring effective employee engagement.
Prior to joining Belgrade Waterfront, Aleksandra was with SBB Serbia BroadBand for over three years. She held the positions of Head of TA & Development and TA Manager, where she led recruitment and talent development initiatives for the company, contributing to its growth and success in the digital and analogue cable television and broadband internet market.
Earlier in her career, Aleksandra worked as an HR Coordinator at Jasmin Parfimerije and as a Trainer at Horizont Internacional, where she gained valuable experience in HR coordination, training, and organizational development. She also served as a TV Show Recruiter at PINK International Company and Happy-TV Media.
Belgrade Waterfront, developed by Eagle Hills, is a monumental master-planned development that combines commerce, culture, and community.
