With an impressive tenure of over 25 years in human resource leadership, Assatly-Huet brings a comprehensive portfolio of expertise to Maesa. Her career has spanned various high-profile organizations, including Fiserv, Revlon Inc., First Data Corporation, Estee Lauder Companies, Morgan Stanley, MSCI Inc., and sanofi-aventis, where she developed significant insights into talent development, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
At Fiserv, Assatly-Huet held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she served as a strategic HR leader and trusted partner, driving client coverage transformation and global organizational effectiveness. Her tenure at Revlon Inc. as Vice President of Global HR Business Partner emphasized HR business initiatives for Corporate Functions and Global Marketing, showcasing her ability to partner with executive teams and global organizations.
First Data Corporation and Estee Lauder Companies also benefited from Assatly-Huet’s strategic HR leadership, where she led global HR initiatives and managed strategic global HR teams, driving performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
