London Area, United Kingdom, January 2026 – Paul Baillie has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at KBR, Inc. In this role, he will oversee global operations, delivery excellence, and strategic execution across the company’s diversified engineering, technology, and government services portfolio, strengthening KBR’s ability to deliver complex programs with safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Paul steps into this role after nearly four years with KBR, Inc., where he most recently served as Senior Vice President – Integrated Solutions International and earlier as Vice President – Leatherhead Operations. During this period, he played a pivotal role in scaling international delivery capabilities, strengthening project governance, and integrating multidisciplinary teams to support large energy and infrastructure programs. His leadership helped enhance operational performance and client value across multiple geographies.
Prior to this, he spent close to four years with KBR-AMCDE, holding roles including Vice President & Managing Director and Director of Projects based in Saudi Arabia. Here, Paul led major capital projects across the Middle East, driving execution discipline, safety performance, and stakeholder collaboration in highly complex industrial environments. His tenure established him as a trusted leader for large-scale engineering and construction delivery.
Earlier in his career, Paul built deep technical and project leadership expertise at Doosan Babcock, Clough Amec, Foster Wheeler, Rio Tinto Alcan, and Mitsui Babcock, cumulatively spanning more than two decades. Across these organizations he progressed from engineering and project management roles to head of operations positions, leading process sector programs, major EPC projects, and multi-country teams in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
