Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, February 2026 —Paul Broughton has joined UKG as Managing Director, Asia Pacific, marking a significant leadership appointment for the workforce technology leader in the region.
In his new role, Paul will lead UKG’s strategic growth and customer engagement across Asia Pacific, working closely with organisations navigating some of the most pressing workforce challenges. Reflecting on the opportunity, he shared that partnering with organisations across the region at a time when clarity and trust matter more than ever strongly resonated with him.
Paul brings more than 16 years of leadership experience from Cornerstone OnDemand, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Japan. During his tenure, he led regional expansion, strengthened enterprise partnerships, and drove sustained business growth across diverse markets.
Prior to that, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, including GVP & Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Japan, Global VP of Sales – SMB, and VP – Global Sales & Services Enablement, among others. His earlier responsibilities spanned global sales operations, effectiveness, and regional sales leadership across the United States and Asia Pacific.
Earlier in his career, Paul held roles at GetListed, Inc., Red Bull North America, and gained foundational experience through legal research and clerkship positions at the University of San Diego School of Law and in San Diego-based legal institutions.
His appointment reinforces UKG’s commitment to deepening its regional presence and supporting organisations with people-first AI and workforce intelligence solutions across Asia Pacific.
