Chicago, Illinois, United States, November 2025 — Tropicana Brands Group has appointed Paul Chibe as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a pivotal leadership move as the company strengthens its strategic direction following its separation from PepsiCo. In his new role, Chibe will guide the organisation’s efforts to stabilise performance, accelerate brand-led growth, diversify the product portfolio, and respond to ongoing volatility in orange supply across global markets.
In his most recent position, Paul Chibe served as Chief Executive Officer at Pabst Brewing Company, where he led large-scale brand revitalisation efforts, enhanced product innovation, and strengthened market competitiveness. His tenure was characterised by a focus on reshaping brand identity, improving route-to-market execution, and expanding consumer engagement across retail channels.
Before Pabst, Chibe held senior leadership roles at Ferrero, including President and CEO of Ferrero North America, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar confectionery portfolio spanning the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. He also briefly served as Global President – Sugar Confectionery, overseeing category strategy and growth across key international markets.
Earlier, Chibe served as Vice President – US Marketing / US Chief Marketing Officer at Anheuser-Busch, where he led brand management, innovation, consumer insights, and sports and entertainment marketing for one of the largest beverage portfolios in the United States. His leadership played a major role in brand equity expansion and marketing transformation across categories.
Prior to these roles, Chibe built a strong career foundation at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (Mars Inc.), Quaker Oats (PepsiCo), and Leaf Inc., where he held progressive roles across marketing, brand leadership, and P&L ownership. His diverse background across some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands reinforces his ability to shape growth strategy, brand performance, and commercial execution at scale.
