Illinois, United States, July 2026 — Solina USA has promoted Paul Scolan to Chief People Officer, recognizing his leadership in building a high-performing people organization and supporting the company’s continued growth across North America.
In his new role, Paul will lead Solina USA’s people strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, culture, workforce planning, and human resources operations. He will play a key role in aligning people initiatives with Solina’s long-term business objectives while strengthening organizational capability across the business.
Prior to this promotion, Paul served as Senior Vice President of HR, Solina North America, where he led the regional human resources function and partnered closely with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation across the North American operations.
Earlier, he was Head of HR at CLARE HOLDINGS, LLC, leading the organization’s human resources strategy and supporting business growth through people-focused initiatives.
Before that, Paul served as Director HR at ZIP-PAK, an ITW company, where he led the global HR function for the company’s 300-employee international business. He partnered with leadership teams across the United States, England, Brazil, the Netherlands, and Australia, supporting global talent management, organizational development, and business growth.
Earlier in his career, Paul held HR leadership positions with ITW, ConAgra Foods, Rio Tinto Alcan, Loparex (formerly Rexam), and System Sensor, building more than three decades of experience across human resources leadership, business partnering, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, workforce planning, and global HR strategy across manufacturing and industrial organizations.
Paul holds an MBA in Human Resources from Benedictine University.
With extensive experience leading people strategies for complex global organizations, Paul is well positioned to help Solina USA continue building a high-performance culture while supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
