Jaghadia, Gujarat, India, May 2026 — Kalpesh K Patel has started a new position as Assistant General Manager at Aarti Industries Ltd. In his new role, he is serving as Division Head, overseeing a workforce of approximately 420 company employees and 170 contract workers while managing benzene and toluene-based nitration and hydrogenation chain products along with site ETP operations.
Kalpesh has been associated with Aarti Industries Ltd. for nearly four years. Prior to this elevation, he served as Senior Operations Manager and earlier as Operations Manager, contributing to process improvement, plant operations, production management, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
Before joining Aarti Industries Ltd., Kalpesh spent nearly eight years with SRF Limited, where he held multiple leadership positions including Production Manager – Speciality Chemical Business, Assistant Manager Production, and Senior Executive Production. During his tenure, he gained extensive expertise in campaign management, specialty chemical manufacturing, process optimization, and production operations.
Earlier in his career, he worked with UPL as Executive Production – Agro Chemical and also served as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at the company. He additionally gained early industry exposure through trainee roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Amoli Organics Limited.
