Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, United States, February 2026 — Paula Colletti has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at CNX, where she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy and people initiatives in support of the company’s continued operational growth and workforce development.
Paula has spent over seven years with CNX, progressing through a series of increasingly senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director, Human Resources, and previously held positions as Manager, Human Resources, Manager of HR Initiatives, and HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she developed and executed lifecycle talent management strategies spanning workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention. She partnered closely with business leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives while leveraging workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Before joining CNX, Paula held human resources roles at Eclipse Resources and AccuWeather, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, HRIS management, and employee relations. Her earlier career included progressive responsibilities in recruiting, HR systems implementation, benefits administration, and compliance reporting, supporting end-to-end human resources functions across multiple organizations.
With extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and operations, Paula brings a deep understanding of workforce management and organizational development. Her appointment reflects CNX’s continued investment in strengthening its people strategy and leadership capabilities.
