Before joining Giesecke+Devrient, Hemlata Goel served as Director of HR (Asia Operations & Global Back Office) at Whirlpool Corporation, where she led strategic HR initiatives across India, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Her focus included HR transformation, mergers, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring successful HR integration during key business transitions.

She also held leadership roles at Alcon, WNS Global Services, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Toluna, consistently focusing on HR process improvement, talent acquisition, and organizational capability building.
