Elkridge, Maryland, United States – November 2024 – uPerform has appointed Paula Croft as Vice President of Human Resources. With over a decade of strategic HR leadership within the company, Paula will now lead all HR functions, focusing on fostering a supportive and growth-oriented workplace culture that aligns with uPerform’s mission to optimize user engagement and learning experiences.
Paula has been a part of the uPerform team for more than 13 years, steadily advancing through various HR roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Global Human Resources, where she directed strategic HR initiatives to support global operations. Her tenure includes impactful work as Director of Global Human Resources and Manager of Global Human Resources, during which she contributed to talent acquisition, HRIS implementation, and organizational development strategies.
Before joining uPerform, Paula held roles that honed her expertise in HR systems and compliance. At Sylvan Learning, she worked as a Senior HRIS Analyst, where she played a vital role in optimizing HR systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she gained foundational HR experience at T. Rowe Price, where she served as a Senior HRIS Analyst, enhancing HR processes and improving data management within a large organization.
