Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Pavankumar Hansoge has joined Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd as the Group Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him over 34 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing, and complex project delivery. In this pivotal role, he will lead the company’s Product Organization, overseeing design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing, while advancing operational excellence and fostering collaboration across the company’s execution ecosystem.
Prior to this appointment, Pavankumar Hansoge served at PepsiCo as Vice President – International Engineering for over three years, where he worked on global engineering initiatives from Bengaluru, focusing on technology strategy and operational transformation.
Before PepsiCo, he had an illustrious 25-year career at Unilever, where he held various leadership positions including Engineering Director (Global) – Robotics and Automation, Engineering Director – Europe and NAMETRUB HPC, and Global Design Director – Unilever Engineering Services. His tenure saw him lead automation, engineering innovation, and large-scale projects across geographies such as the UK, UAE, and India.
He began his career with Bosch India, where he spent nearly six years progressing from Management Trainee to Group Leader – Process Planning, developing his core foundation in precision engineering and process improvement.
Throughout his professional journey, Pavan has consistently demonstrated expertise in automation, sustainability, and next-generation technology development, with a strong track record of driving transformation across international markets.
