Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Hema Pachisia has been promoted to the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Myntra, marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey with the organization. In this role, she will lead HR business partnering for key business teams while overseeing Learning & Development, Talent and Leadership Development, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Expressing her gratitude, Hema Pachisia acknowledged the trust and empowerment she has received from her leaders, team, and colleagues at Myntra over the past three years, highlighting a journey of building, learning, and scaling impactful HR initiatives.
Prior to her promotion, Hema Pachisia served as Senior Director HRBP & Head – Diversity & Inclusion, Learning, Talent and Organizational Development at Myntra, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening people practices, building leadership pipelines, and driving inclusion-led growth across the organization.
Before joining Myntra, she worked as Head of HR – Tuition Centre at BYJU’S, where she contributed to scaling HR operations in a high-growth environment.
Earlier, she was associated with Unilever as a Senior Global HR Business Partner, where she partnered with global business teams, supporting talent strategy and organizational effectiveness across markets.
She also spent over seven years at HSBC, where she held multiple leadership roles including SVP – Performance & Rewards and Vice President – HR Relationship, supporting commercial banking, risk, and compliance functions while driving performance management, compensation, and talent initiatives.
She began her career with Infosys, where she worked in talent acquisition, focusing on recruitment strategy, employer branding, and building strong talent pipelines.
Hema Pachisia holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR) from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier institutions for human resources and management education.
