Ostrava, Moravia-Silesia, Czechia, September 2025 – repfin has announced the appointment of Pavlína Závodská as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will focus on advancing HR strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and strengthening people development initiatives as the company continues to grow its financial management services for startups and progressive businesses.
Závodská continues to serve as a Career Consultant at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, where she provides career guidance, job search support, and training for students and alumni. Her role includes delivering lectures, conducting mock interviews, and equipping young professionals with practical career-building skills.
Alongside her university work, she has been active as a Human Resources Consultant & Advisor, offering HR consulting, executive search, and recruitment support, primarily for IT and management roles. She has advised on recruitment strategy, process automation, onboarding, ATS implementation, and employer branding to help companies strengthen talent attraction and retention.
Previously, Závodská was the Recruitment Lead at Devoteam ALPS and the International Centre of Excellence, where she built the recruitment team from the ground up, introduced modern recruitment practices, and oversaw strategic hiring across multiple European regions.
Her earlier tenure with OKIN Process spanned six years, where she rose to Recruitment Lead overseeing large-scale hiring across the Czech Republic and the United States. She successfully managed international recruitment teams, drove employer branding initiatives, and was recognized with the HR Excellence Award 2020 – President’s Award for her innovative outplacement project.
Závodská also held roles with ATLAS Consulting as HR Manager, TEMPO Training & Consulting as IT Courses Manager, and began her career in HR leadership with OKIN BPS as Senior HR Specialist. Across these experiences, she gained deep expertise in recruitment strategy, HR systems, performance management, and organizational development.
