Gerard as Chief Human Capital & Risk Officer. In this dual-capacity leadership role, Peter will oversee both the company’s human capital strategy and global risk management framework, ensuring that VORDR’s people and protection systems remain fully aligned and future-ready.
With over two decades of executive leadership experience across human resources, compliance, and enterprise risk management, Peter S. Gerard brings a rare blend of strategic acumen and operational resilience to his new position.
Before joining VORDR INTERNATIONAL, Peter served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and People Officer at Hyosung – North America for over six years, where he led human resources, compliance, and facilities functions across the company’s manufacturing, sales, and service operations in North and Latin America. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, he played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation, scaling operations, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
Prior to Hyosung, Peter held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at BusinessconX, providing strategic HR consulting and compliance solutions across diverse business sectors. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Compliance Officer at United Allergy Services, where he developed human capital frameworks for rapid growth and spearheaded HR technology and compliance initiatives.
Peter’s earlier leadership roles include Vice President – Human Resources at Team Car Care (Jiffy Lube), where he managed post-bankruptcy HR restructuring and M&A integration under Blackstone Group’s ownership. He also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Dallas Market Center, driving global HR strategy, and as Senior Director of Human Resources at Sodexo, where he helped the business double revenues through HR transformation and negotiated multiple high-impact union agreements.
Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated a consistent ability to integrate people strategy, risk governance, and crisis preparedness, shaping resilient organizations capable of operating in complex environments.
