New York, United States, December 2025 — Peter Sheehan has been named Vice President of Human Resources at LiveOnNY, the organ procurement organization serving the Greater New York City area. With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, HR operations, and organizational leadership, Peter brings a deep understanding of mission-driven talent strategy and regulatory compliance to his new role.
Before joining LiveOnNY, Peter served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HealthCare Partners, IPA, where he spent over a decade leading comprehensive HR functions. His contributions spanned employee relations, recruitment, compensation strategy, pay equity, and workforce compliance. Peter worked closely with executive leadership to implement policies that balanced business goals with employee engagement and legal rigor—strengthening retention, workforce metrics, and organizational design.
Earlier in his career, Peter held key operational and HR leadership roles at Urology Associates, P.C., Queens Long Island Medical Group, and Fiserv, Inc., building a reputation for driving team performance, process improvement, and culture alignment across clinical, administrative, and corporate environments. His background in both operational management and human resources provides a unique perspective on how to foster organizational effectiveness through people-first strategies.
At LiveOnNY, Peter will lead the HR function at a time when talent engagement, cultural sensitivity, and regulatory excellence are central to the organization’s mission of saving and improving lives through organ and tissue donation.
