Boston, Massachusetts, United States, February 2025 – Peter Walmsley has joined Coretelligent as Interim Chief People Officer, bringing over 25 years of global HR leadership experience. In this role, he will focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic talent initiatives to support Coretelligent’s continued growth and innovation in IT services.
Prior to joining Coretelligent, Peter Walmsley founded Morgan Clarke International LLC, a leadership development consultancy specializing in executive coaching, organizational design, and change leadership. He also serves as a Brand Ambassador for Growthspace and a Coach/Facilitator at EngagedLeadership, where he supports senior leaders in driving workplace performance and transformation.
Previously, Peter was Chief People Officer and SVP of Organizational Effectiveness at GSN Games (now part of Scopely), where he played a key role in the $1 billion sale of GSN Games to Scopely. He led global HR operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, overseeing organizational restructuring, talent retention strategies, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Before GSN Games, Peter served as VP of Human Resources at Electronic Arts (EA), leading HR strategy for Global Publishing and Corporate Groups. During his tenure, he worked closely with EA’s leadership to drive digital transformation, improve employee engagement, and implement talent development programs across multiple regions.
His earlier leadership roles include Chief People Officer at HR Access (a Fidelity company), where he led organizational restructuring and workforce transformation, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Colt Technology Services, where he was responsible for global HR operations and strategic workforce planning.
Peter’s deep expertise in HR transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development will be instrumental in shaping Coretelligent’s people strategy during this interim phase.
