With over two decades of leadership experience spanning the automotive and electric vehicle sectors, Piyush brings deep expertise in business development, market operations, and strategic growth. At Royal Enfield, he previously served as Business Development Lead (India), where he played a pivotal role in strengthening domestic market presence and shaping strategic initiatives aligned with the brand’s global EV roadmap.
Before joining Royal Enfield, Piyush was National Business Head at Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, where he led nationwide operations, distribution strategy, and sales transformation efforts within India’s rapidly evolving EV ecosystem. Earlier, during his tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, he served as Country Manager – Market Operations, driving performance across sales, dealer development, and customer engagement.
His career journey also includes impactful leadership positions at Renault India, General Motors, Mahindra Group, and Hyundai Motor India Ltd., where he contributed to strengthening retail networks, optimizing market operations, and enhancing brand growth strategies across multiple regions.
