Gurgaon, Haryana , India, March 2026 — Pooja Minocha has been appointed CHRO and Senior Vice President HR – Lumax Auto Technologies Limited at Lumax World. In this role, she will lead the people agenda for Lumax Auto Technologies, bringing extensive experience across HR leadership, rewards, talent management, performance, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Lumax World, Pooja Minocha served as Vice President Human Resources and CHRO at Bata India Limited, based in Gurugram, where she led the people agenda for the Bata India region.
Earlier, she was associated with CHRO nexus as Chief Human Resources Officer, providing CHRO-on-demand services for mid-size organizations and strategic HR consulting across rewards, performance, and talent management.
Before that, she worked with ADVANZ PHARMA in senior HR leadership roles including Global Director – Human Resources, where she led the creation of people strategy with executive leadership, supported HR organization transformation, led global HR service delivery and HRIT initiatives, and contributed to programs spanning global talent management, rewards, performance management, culture, values, and engagement. Her responsibilities also included support for mergers and acquisitions integration and HR due diligence.
Earlier in her career, Pooja Minocha served at Merck as Associate Director – Human Resources (C&B, HR Strategy, Employee Engagement and Talent Management), focusing on compensation and benefits leadership and HR strategy initiatives. She also worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance as Associate Vice President – HR (C&B), and held earlier HR roles at IBM daksh and in the telecom sector, building strong foundations across HR business partnering, employee relations, HR operations, and HRIT.
