Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Pooja Singh has joined Thinkof as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing over 17 years of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and people strategy. In her new role, Pooja will lead Thinkof’s global HR vision—shaping talent strategy, driving HR transformation, and enabling people-centric growth across its fast-evolving technology, staffing, cybersecurity, and AI innovation verticals.
Prior to joining Thinkof, Pooja served as Director – Human Resources at DOIT Security, Inc., where she led global HR operations across multiple geographies. She was instrumental in automating HR processes through platforms like BambooHR, designing performance management systems using Viva Goals, and launching global leadership and compliance training programs. She also developed robust data-driven HR dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Earlier, Pooja worked as an HR Consultant at Literacy India, where she led system and process transformation for over five years. Her work included implementing POSH and child protection policies, developing JDs, KPIs for 300+ employees, streamlining appraisals, onboarding, and training structures across the nonprofit’s workforce.
She previously held leadership roles as Business Head at Selectus Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and as Manager – HR at Carryfast Group, where she managed talent acquisition, policy frameworks, and HR compliance across operations in central India.
Pooja holds a proven track record in HR strategy, learning and development, performance systems, and global workforce engagement.
