Jakarta, Indonesia, September 2025 – Posma Prima Napitupulu has been appointed as Vice President – Head of People Development & Culture Engagement at PT. Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison). In this senior leadership role, Posma will spearhead the design and execution of talent development, learning frameworks, leadership acceleration, and culture transformation programs to support the organization’s goal of becoming Indonesia’s most preferred digital telco.
Prior to this appointment, Posma served as Associate Vice President of People at ASTRO for nearly four years, where he led end-to-end human resource operations, including general affairs, IT operations, and ESG initiatives. His tenure saw the successful alignment of HR processes with business strategy while enhancing employee experience and governance compliance.
Earlier, Posma was Senior Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Commonwealth Bank, where he led the management trainee program, drove company-wide employee engagement initiatives, and established a leadership development framework tailored to the bank’s evolving needs.
Before that, at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional), he held the role of Learning and Organizational Development Partner, where he implemented OKRs, restructured performance management systems, and developed training and engagement strategies from the ground up during a critical phase of organizational expansion.
He spent over five years at PT Astra International Tbk in various roles including People Development Analyst, Knowledge Management Officer, and Training & Development Officer. His work included launching digital learning ecosystems, designing talent development programs, and supporting culture internalization across Astra’s business units.
Earlier in his career, Posma also gained global exposure as an HR Officer at Jardine Schindler Group in Hong Kong, and held HR trainee roles at PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, where he focused on recruitment and training. He brings a deep understanding of HR transformation, leadership development, cultural integration, and employee engagement.
