During his extensive tenure of over 19 years at Siemens, Prabal served in various leadership roles, including Managing Director & CEO of Siemens Bangladesh and Regional Business Head in multiple regions across India, where he excelled in steering business expansions and operational excellence.
Before Siemens, Prabal honed his expertise as Regional Sales Manager at Honeywell and Divisional Manager at Eureka Forbes Ltd, managing sales and business operations with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and market share growth.
