Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2025 — Prabhanjan Prasoon has joined Birlasoft as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition, bringing with him over two decades of experience in shaping progressive HR strategies. With a strong focus on aligning recruitment with broader business outcomes, he is poised to lead Birlasoft’s talent engine into a more agile, scalable, and future-ready direction.

Prior to this, Prabhanjan led Talent Acquisition at Sopra Steria India, where his leadership spanned across employee experience, total rewards, performance management, and workforce planning. Known for championing HR digitalization and employer branding, he also contributed as a mentor, guest speaker, and academic board member across institutions.

This appointment marks Prabhanjan’s return to Birlasoft, where he had earlier served in the Resource Management Group for over six years. His deep understanding of the organization’s culture and his global talent leadership experience position him strongly to advance Birlasoft’s sustainable talent innovation agenda on a worldwide scale.

Prabhanjan joins Birlasoft from Sopra Steria India, where he spent over 13 years in multiple leadership capacities. As Head – Talent Acquisition for more than seven years, he led strategic hiring initiatives, strengthened employer branding, and implemented digital solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency. Prior to that, as Head – PMG (Resourcing), he managed workforce planning, resource deployment, and operational excellence.

Earlier, Prabhanjan was with Birlasoft as Assistant Manager – RMG (Resource Management Group) for over six years, serving as a core global asset manager responsible for requirements planning and control of resources.
