Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Prabhu Narayan Singh has taken on a new role as India HR & TA Leader at Stem, Inc., marking a significant elevation in his professional journey within the company. In this role, he is leading the India HR function, overseeing operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy execution, driving the people agenda to support Stem’s rapid growth in India.
Prabhu has been with Stem, Inc. since early 2024, where he first joined as Associate Director / Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition. In that capacity, he supported the India expansion by strengthening hiring strategies and building talent pipelines. His promotion to head the entire HR function in India reflects his impactful leadership and proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
Before joining Stem, Prabhu worked at Nagarro for more than three years, where he grew through roles including Senior Staff Consultant, Associate Principal Consultant, and Talent Acquisition Lead. During his tenure, he played a critical role in scaling technology hiring, leading recruitment for niche skills, and advising on HRMS and workforce planning initiatives across India.
Earlier, Prabhu provided HR and TA consulting at W3villa Technologies, where he supported policy creation, HR operations, and talent management frameworks. His prior experience at Caroobi as Assistant Manager – HR & TA saw him build software teams from scratch, manage end-to-end HR operations, and lead critical people initiatives across locations including Noida and Berlin.
Spanning over 15 years in the HR and recruitment domain, his earlier stints included leadership roles at IT BY DESIGN, ECS India, and as a Technical Recruiter in the U.S. hiring process at Positivity®, where he developed his foundational skills in technology hiring and people strategy.
