Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Prachi Ghogle has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Yashraj Biotechnology Ltd, bringing with her over 17 years of extensive HR leadership experience across the biotechnology, clinical research, consulting, and financial services sectors. In this new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and HR transformation to support Yashraj Biotechnology’s continued global growth.
Before joining Yashraj Biotechnology, Prachi was associated with SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. for nearly eight years, where she rose to the role of Head of Human Resources. During her tenure, she drove HR process automation, designed strategic policies, advanced HR analytics, and strengthened employee communication and development frameworks.
Earlier in her career, she served as Head of HR at BioGenomics Ltd., where she led end-to-end HR functions for over six years, and as Assistant Manager – HR at Infinium Precious Resources Ltd., where she was instrumental in setting up the HR department. Her professional journey also includes key roles as Senior Executive – HR at BDO Haribhakti Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and Executive – Recruitment at Amogh Solutions, giving her strong exposure across HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
