Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Prachi Laddha has joined Agile Ventures as the new Head of Human Resources, bringing a dynamic blend of HR leadership, strategic workforce planning, and talent development expertise to the organization. With several years of experience across diverse HR functions in the water treatment and manufacturing sectors, she steps into her new role to support Agile Ventures’ continued growth and people-first strategy.
Before joining Agile Ventures, Prachi served as Head of Human Resources at Rajganga Biorefineries Pvt Ltd, where she led the HR function for over two and a half years. During this period, she played a vital role in organizational development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.
Prior to that, she held the position of Head of Human Resources at MentorBoxx, where she contributed to HR transformation initiatives and workforce planning over a span of more than a year and a half. She also began her journey with MentorBoxx as a Human Resources Executive Intern, gaining valuable insights into recruitment, onboarding, and people management.
Prachi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Financial Services and HR from Shivaji University and CSIBER, equipping her with both domain-specific knowledge and broad-based HR expertise.
