London, England, September 2024 – Charlotte Andersen has joined Leapwork as the new VP People. In her new role, Charlotte will drive Leapwork’s HR strategy, focusing on nurturing a high-performing and inclusive work culture. Leapwork, an AI-powered visual test automation platform, will benefit from her extensive experience in people management and organizational development.
Before joining Leapwork, Charlotte Andersen worked as an Interim Human Resources Consultant for about five months, providing strategic HR solutions across various industries, including cyber security and fintech.
Prior to that, she served as the Head of People at Thriva for six months, where she managed the people operations and led HR strategies during a critical growth phase. She also took a brief career break to pursue personal goals.
Charlotte spent nearly two years as an Interim Human Resources Consultant across multiple sectors, specializing in HR consulting, coaching, and employee engagement. During this period, she developed HR frameworks for fast-growing organizations.
Earlier in her career, Charlotte held leadership roles at Privitar, serving as People Partner for Commercial for around a year and Head of People and Operations for nearly three years. During her time at Privitar, she played a key role in shaping the company’s HR functions and operational strategies.
