Boca Raton, Florida, September 2024 – Tara Lucier has taken on the role of VP, People & Culture at GoSaaS, Inc. In this capacity, Tara will spearhead GoSaaS’s human resources initiatives, ensuring a dynamic and innovative workplace culture that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. GoSaaS specializes in cloud migrations and SaaS solutions for industries like high-tech manufacturing and life sciences, and Tara’s expertise will help drive its success as a leading Oracle partner.
Before joining GoSaaS, Tara founded Heart & Soul Talent Solutions, providing consultancy services focused on talent acquisition and organizational culture.
She previously held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, North America at Mastek for about two and a half years. Tara led talent strategy during a rapid growth phase, supporting key business units in the hiring of technical professionals and senior managers in areas such as Oracle, Digital, and AI.
Earlier in her career, Tara spent over six years at Inspirage as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where she managed high-tech recruitment within the Oracle ecosystem. She successfully developed agile hiring processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Tara has also held senior recruiting positions at The Recruiting Division, KPIT, and Comcast, where she gained extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles, building strong candidate pipelines, and leading recruitment strategies in fast-paced environments.
