Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2026 — Körber Stellium has welcomed Pradhan Poonacha as Growth Leader for the GCC Region, where he will drive Technology Services and Digital Supply Chain initiatives. With over a decade of experience in SAP strategic accounts and cloud-led transformation, he brings strong expertise in enterprise sales, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes. His appointment reflects Körber Stellium’s focus on strengthening its regional growth agenda and advancing customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
Before joining Körber Stellium, Pradhan Poonacha built nearly eleven years of experience at SAP, where he most recently served as Account Director. In this role, he worked closely with customers on strategic account development while helping drive enterprise engagement and cloud-led business transformation. His experience in this phase of his career further strengthened his ability to align technology-led solutions with business priorities and deliver value across complex enterprise environments.
Earlier at SAP, he worked in SMB – Sales Midmarket, where he supported mid-market business growth and deepened his experience in enterprise solution selling. Prior to that, he served in Sales Development – Mid Market South, where he worked with account managers, sales teams, marketing, and SAP partners to drive campaigns, demand generation, and progression activities. In that role, he engaged CXOs and senior decision-makers, helping translate customer challenges into solution-led business opportunities while supporting cloud application and line-of-business solution adoption.
He also completed the SAP Sales Academy, an accelerated onboarding and training program in the San Francisco Bay Area that focused on innovative digital sales techniques, executive prospecting, value selling, and deal strategy. Earlier in his SAP journey, he served in Inside Marketing, where he was responsible for lead generation and qualification across application and analytics portfolios, worked closely with partners, and contributed to pipeline creation through campaign execution and digital selling initiatives. These experiences gave him strong grounding in sales acceleration, customer engagement, and consultative business development.
Before SAP, Pradhan Poonacha worked as Inside Sales Consultant at MetricStream, supporting qualified lead generation and enterprise sales engagement in North America-focused markets, particularly in medical device and pharma industries. Earlier, he was Inside Sales Representative at Simplilearn, where he was involved in customer acquisition, sales planning, revenue achievement, cross-selling, pipeline development, and customer relationship management. Across his career, he has built a reputation for combining a consultative mindset with the ability to engage C-level leaders, translate complex technology into tangible business value, and align digital transformation with core business priorities to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
His passion for building trusted partnerships, driving customer success, and delivering real impact makes him a strong addition to the enterprise technology landscape as he begins this new chapter with Körber Stellium. The move marks an important step in his journey as he takes on a broader regional leadership mandate in the GCC market.
